For over 25 years Phelps Photos® have been documenting equestrian sports, as a service to the media, competitors, and owners.

Partnered with her husband, James Jay Hathaway (JJ) who in 1996, took an early retirement after a lifetime career in law enforcement, the couple travels America and Europe covering equestrian events and stories of interest.
