True South, LLC Introduces Wide World of Horses

Byars, Oklahoma - True South, LLC has announced the creation of a new television program, Wide World of Horses. Set to begin on January 1, Wide World of Horses will air on RFD-TV on Monday nights at 9:30 pm CST, as well as two other times each week.

According to True South spokesman, Janet Engel, the Wide World of Horses format will be a variety show. The 30-minute program will feature a broad spectrum of the equine world’s most exciting events and individuals.

Engel, of Winter Park, Colorado, said, “We’re thrilled with the reception that Wide World of Horses is already getting from within the horse industry,” she noted. “I am very excited about the future of this program and we’re already looking at growing the program, time-wise, even before the first show airs.”

She noted that Pro Management, Inc. of Byars, Oklahoma will manage, promote, and market Wide World of Horses. “It is very fortunate that Cheryl Magoteaux and her company have been a part of True South from the inception and the concept itself was her brainchild. Pro M’s proven track record in the equine industry will help the program to quickly become a visible entity in the horse world.”

Magoteaux was enthusiastic, as well. “Thirty seven per cent of RFD-TV viewers own horses, so we feel it’s a perfect home for Wide World of Horses. With 28 million households having access to RFD-TV on DISH Network Channel 9409 and DirecTV Channel 379, we look to create even more horse lovers across the country.”
