Jumping Under The Stars To Highlight 121st National Horse Show In Wellington

Wellington, FL – May 24, 2004 – The 121st National Horse Show is scheduled for November 30 through December 5, 2004, at the Palm Beach Equestrian Club show grounds in Wellington, Florida, with the popular “Jumping Under The Stars” evening set to highlight Friday evening, December 3. The featured event at Jumping Under The Stars is the $100,000 National Horse Show Jumper Championship. Mason Phelps, Jr. is the Chairman of Jumping Under The Stars for the second consecutive year, joined by Eugene R. Mische and Dr. Sheila Johnson as Honorary Chairmen, and Mrs. Betty Jane Henry as the Grand Marshall.

Under the direction of Chairman Phelps, Jumping Under The Stars features a gala black-tie evening in the National Horse Show’s traditional “Diamond Horseshoe” VIP tent. The blue décor of the Diamond Horseshoe will be re-decorated in the National Horse Show’s traditional orange and black colors for this special night. The gala features a seated dinner as well as a spectacular view of the competition. Ken Rose Catering will supply the gourmet dining.

Tables of six in the Diamond Horseshoe are available to be reserved for the week of the 121st National Horse Show in Wellington. Prices for tables include seating for the entire show, November 30 through December 5, and the Jumping Under The Stars gala. Table prices are $3,500 (front row) and $2,500 (second row).
