The Show Will Go On: Plans Continue for 124th National Horse Show and Family Festival and 2008 Winter Equestrian Festival

Wellington, FL - It will be business as usual for Stadium Jumping Inc. in preparing for the winter show season in Wellington that is just around the corner. The company is forging full speed ahead with plans to produce the 124th National Horse Show and Family Festival and the 2008 Winter Equestrian Festival.

While plans are also in the works for the Wellington International Equestrian Arena, the new facility Stadium Jumping Inc. is creating, the company is committed to hosting this year's events as planned at the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club.

The National Horse Show will be held from Dec. 5-9, 2007, and features everything from world class show jumping and a black tie gala to a family festival and children's fair, complete with exclusive vendors and more. The National is a time-honored tradition in the equestrian world, and it's an event that can't be missed as it marks the beginning of Wellington's famous winter equestrian circuit. Ringside tables for the National will go on sale on Monday, Oct. 1, and prize lists are already available.

"Our plans for this season's shows are moving forward," said Gene Mische, CEO of Stadium Jumping Inc. "We've put almost $750,000 of improvements into the facility and the Internationale Arena resurfacing project is moving ahead on schedule. We are looking forward to hosting equestrians from around the world this winter, as we have every year in the past."

He continued, "We are working to keep the best interests of the equestrian community at the forefront of these horse shows."

Highlights of the 124th National Horse Show and Family Festival include:

HIGHLIGHTS- Competition:
- The $5,000 Palm Beach Post National Welcome Stake, CSI (December 5)
- The $15,000 NHS Speed Classic, CSI (December 6)
- The Zada Enterprises, LLC 6th Annual Dressage at the National (December 7-9)
- The $25,000 NHS Jumper Classic for the Rolex/USEF National Show Jumping Championship, presented by Equine Motorcoach, CSI (December 7- evening competition)
- The $25,000 National Horse Show Hunter Championship (December 8)
- The $10,000 NHS Speed Stake, CSI (December 8)
- The $15,000 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Series Junior and Amateur-Owner Jumper National Finals (December 9)
- The $80,000 Young Jumper Championships(R) International Finals (December 9)
- The $100,000 NHS Grand Prix FEI World Cup(TM) for the Rolex/USEF National Show Jumping Championship, presented by Equine Motorcoach, (December 9)

"Jumping Under the Stars" Gala (December 7, evening)
Children's Fair (December 8-9, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
Wellington Chamber Business Showcase 2007 in Grand Hunter Ring (December 8, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.)

The Winter Equestrian Festival, which is the largest and longest consecutively running sporting event in the world, will run from Jan. 30- Apr. 5, 2008 and is the premier event hosted by Stadium Jumping. The major events that all spectators, riders and show participants look forward to every year will return, including the Nations Cup, Tournament of Champions and the Budweiser American Invitational. WEF brings the best of the best together for 10 weeks, and it's an event that no serious equestrian can miss.

Exhibitors can expect to have a WEF prize list in the next four to six weeks, and vendors can submit an application for space in the ever-popular vendor row. Sponsorships are still available for a variety of classes, divisions and awards. Over the course of 10 weeks, more than $4 million in prize money will be awarded to those who compete in hunter, jumper and dressage competition.
