The General Program/Schedule

Seated here in the wine cellar we are about to begin a 5 course dinner, which began in the bar with a champagne toast and an appetiser of quail.

The hotel will arrange dinner for the group, according to the suggested schedule below. We will also provide the option for those not so 'hard core' dressage fans to take a very special tour of the historic city of Aachen and the Cathedral with our special friend Franz Thelen, on Wednesday.

The breakfast is € 14.00 per person.

Tuesday - August 23: Arrival and Welcome Dinner
Wednesday Aug 24:

• Aachen CHIO Begins
• Optional - A tour of Aachen and the Cathedral with Marion and Mr. Thelen - € 50 - Includes transportation and lunch

Thursday 25: cocktail party/dinner
Friday 26 August 2005 - On Your Own - Evening Freestyle Classes
Saturday 27 August 2005 - On Your Own- Evening Freestyle Classes
Sunday 28 August 2005; Aachen Closing Ceremonies - Farewell Dinner at the Castle.

Dinner Rates

Mr Marc Theuvenet, Maître d'Hotel, can make you a menu offer as soon as we know how many courses diners would like.

The definite number of persons for dinner arrangements is required 6 weeks in advance. This will be at the beginning of May 2005.

Here we are in the wine cellar where we began dinner with a champagne toast and appetizers, before moving to the elegant dining room overlooking the castle gardens.

• 3 course dinner €34.50 per person, 3 course wine arrangement €19.75 per person
• 4 course dinner € 42.50 per person, 4 course wine arrangement € 24.75 per person.
• 5 course dinner € 49.00 per person, 5 course wine arrangement € 29.75 per person.
