Nancy M Smith has had a life with horses enriched by opportunities to work with some of the greatest dressage masters of our time. As a 1978 graduate in Equine Studies at Lake Erie College , she applied her knowledge in all aspects of horsemanship, management, and marketing her dream, to make the United States Equestrian Team. Earning her USET emblem as an alternate team member for the 1999 Pan American Games, was just one of her goals, but her greatest joy has been the journey, and teaching her clinics and many students who have remained with her throughout the years.

Nancy M. Smith is the founder of Equisential Inc, offering training packages to fit the needs of horse and rider. Nancy has established a career training and teaching dressage which was launched through her education in Equine Studies at Lake Erie College. In addition to her travels doing her regular clinics, she also provides idyllic training facilities at her winter location at Highlife Farms in Orlando, Florida and in the summer at her Alma Mater, Lake Erie College,in Ohio.
